At Tails On Trails, the wellbeing of every guest is our top priority. To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all, we require up-to-date vaccinations for: Bordetella (Kennel Cough) · Distemper · Rabies

All dogs must also be treated with a flea and tick

preventative at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Please note: it is the owner’s responsibility to keep vaccination records current and on file with us.

All vaccines must be administered no less than 3 days before your scheduled visit.

Vaccinations are crucial for your dog's health and safety. Bordetella protects against Kennel Cough, a highly contagious respiratory illness common in group settings. Distemper guards against a viral disease that affects the respiratory, gastrointestinal, and nervous systems. Rabies vaccination is essential as it prevents a fatal neurological disease that can be transmitted to other animals and humans. Keeping these vaccinations up-to-date ensures your dog's well-being and the safety of all our guests.

Daycare: For the comfort and safety of all our guests,

dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to play at Tails On Trails.

This policy helps us ensure the safest, most comfortable experience for every guest who walks through our doors -providing a calm, stress-free environment for every dog in our care.

Boarding: While we do not require it for boarding,

please be aware that unaltered dogs are not eligible for group play during their stay.

If you have multiple dogs boarding with us,

each dog will be housed in separate accommodations for their comfort and safety.

For the safety of every pup in our care,

Tails On Trails reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings

at check-in if vaccinations are expired, incomplete, or unverified.

Because every tail deserves a healthy, happy stay!

Daycare is $30 per dog per day during the week,

and $40 on the weekends.

Our boarding rates are $50 per dog per day during the week and $60 per day on weekends. Your furry friend will enjoy a comfortable stay with us!

Boarding:

-Morning Drop Off: 8AM – 10AM

-Afternoon Pick up: 3PM – 5PM

-Early Drop off – based upon current bookings: $5.00

Late Pick up (15 min grace period) morning charge (first hour): $15

After an hour, charged a day of daycare: $35

Late Pick up (15 min grace period) afternoon charge (first hour): $15

After an hour, charged a night of boarding: $50

​You may pay your balance online at time of the acceptance of booking.

You may also Venmo and Zelle.

We require a 50% deposit for all boarding reservations, which will be applied to your dog's stay.

To ensure we can provide exceptional service to all our guests, we ask for 24-hour notice for any daycare or boarding cancellations.

We require daycare reservations to be paid in full when your booking is accepted, during ski season.

Cancellations made during premium seasons with less than 24-hour notice will be charged one full night of boarding or the full daycare rate.

Cancellations made less than 24-hour notice, during non premium dates, will be charged one half of a full night of boarding or the half of the daycare rate.

These policies help us maintain the highest standard of care, especially during busy times.
