Meet Danielle (Dani) Buda
Tails on Trails Pet Resort was founded by Danielle Buda—an experienced entrepreneur, creative professional, and devoted dog lover with a deep belief that exceptional pet care should feel personal, calm, and intentional.
After years of building brands and leading high-level production projects across the country, Danielle chose to channel her entrepreneurial drive and attention to detail into what has always been closest to her heart—animal care.
With over 22 years of experience caring for other people’s pets, including six dedicated years serving families throughout New Jersey, she brought her passion and commitment to excellence to Southern Vermont. There, she created a thoughtfully designed space where dogs are treated like family—while receiving the structure, enrichment, and comfort they truly need to thrive.
Danielle is hands-on every day, focused on creating a peaceful environment and a customized experience for each dog, whether they thrive in play, prefer private attention, or simply need a little extra reassurance. Her mission is simple: to give every dog a safe, trusted place to feel happy, secure, and genuinely cared for—so their owners can feel the same confidence.
Danielle's dogs - Cali, Lola, and Scarlett- are "her kids" and she built this model of care based around what she gives to her own pups.
