We require a 50% deposit for all boarding reservations, which will be applied to your dog's stay. To ensure we can provide exceptional service to all our guests, we ask for 24-hour notice for any daycare or boarding cancellations. We require daycare reservations to be paid in full when your booking is accepted, during ski season. Cancellations made during premium seasons with less than 24-hour notice will be charged one full night of boarding or the full daycare rate. Cancellations made less than 24-hour notice, during non premium dates, will be charged one half of a full night of boarding or the half of the daycare rate. These policies help us maintain the highest standard of care, especially during busy times.
